Whether you’re maintaining your routine or starting a new one, the fitness center is designed to support every fitness level. 

Renters insurance is not required, and residents will pay a $15 monthly fee for POPIC - a simple and affordable way to meet the insurance requirement. However, in the event that you want to cover your personal belongings, a personal renters insurance policy is recommended.

Restricted breeds include Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Doberman, Chow, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog, and Karelian Bear Dog, including mixes of these breeds. A one-time pet fee of $350 is required for the first pet and $550 for two pets. In addition, a monthly pet rent will be added to your account at $25 per pet.
